Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village came to Zest in 2023 to help relaunch their social media and overall marketing strategy. Located in the heart of Cradle Mountain, the resort offers a range of accommodation options, from premium cabins to large group rooms, alongside an on-site restaurant delivering a premium dining experience.

Following a kitchen fire on Boxing Day 2022, the on-site restaurant required a full rebuild. This moment became an opportunity to reset and relaunch – not just the restaurant, but the broader accommodation offering as well. That’s where we came in.

The Project
We worked closely with the team to develop a full marketing strategy that reintroduced the brand to market with confidence. This included a detailed strategy session to fully understand the brand, organic and paid social media management and a targeted eDM strategy to drive awareness and bookings across both accommodation and dining.

The Results
The relaunch delivered some impressive outcomes:

  • 2,245 new Facebook followers (a 31,971% increase compared to previous periods)
  • 8 million page impressions, significantly boosting brand visibility
  • Strong growth in overall followers and awareness across platforms
  • Accommodation occupancy lifted to over 90%, with bookings secured up to three months in advance
  • A successful restaurant relaunch, now fully booked most nights in advance
