Accounts & Front Office Manager
Sooz looks after accounts and all things numbers at Zest – bringing a calm, capable approach and a wealth of experience in customer service and administration. Known for her friendly manner, smiling face and can-do attitude, she is also the cheerful and helpful voice on the other end of the line when you call or pop into the office for a visit.
Outside of work, you’ll find Sooz at the gym, pounding the pavement, or soaking up the sun in Bali with her family.

Digital Marketing Assistant
With a natural talent for organisation and client support, Sam brings a calm, can-do approach to the digital side of Zest. After building her experience across front-of-office, print and administration, she now supports the Zest team with a range of digital marketing tasks, helping keep campaigns organised, on track and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, you’ll find her energetically chasing after her three young children — a role that definitely keeps her on her toes.

Website & Digital Specialist
Zest’s website guru – mobile responsive, CMS platforms, e-commerce systems, Google analytics, SEO – all just terms that are part of a standard day for Kaitlin. So if you need a new site or just some updates to your existing site, Kaitlin is here to help. Putting ‘service’ back into customer service, Kaitlin helps all our website clients, super efficiently and always with a big smile!
Efficient and enthusiastic – our web clients benefit from Kaitlin’s ability to get things done and find solutions when required.
When not doing her thing in the Zest office, Kaitlin can be found smashing her goals at the gym, binging a good book or animation series at home, or sipping wine and cocktails with friends and family – cheers to that!

Digital Marketing Manager
Danielle is what we like to refer to as a bit of a unicorn: she writes amazing copy, develops share-worthy content, understands Google Analytics and social media insights like a pro, and makes every client feel like they are her new best friend.
Motivated, committed, excited, and a real team player – the Zest crew and all our clients feed off Danielle’s enthusiasm and drive to be awesome.
On weekends you’ll find Danielle playing touch football and/or socialising with friends and family.

Director – General Manager
Jake joined the Zest team in 2026 as the ‘Boss Man’ to our Boss Lady. With a strong background in educational leadership, he brings a people-first, organised approach to all the behind-the-scenes / internal workings of Zest.
Calm, considered and big on culture, Jake focuses on building strong relationships and the foundations that allow the team at Zest to thrive.
Outside of work and much like Emma, you’ll find him trying to keep his two children (and himself) active and out of mischief.

Director – Marketing & Business Manager
Emma is the ‘Boss Lady’ at Zest and has been part of the old and new furniture for the past 13 years (on and off), helping shape the Zest brand to what it is today. She leads marketing and business strategy, with her expertise spanning marketing management, digital strategy, social media and content – Emma is known for turning ideas into campaigns that drive growth and conversions.
Outside of the office, Emma spends her time running around after two very cute small humans.
