The Cleaning Agents began as two long-standing cleaning businesses (Kols Cleaning and Camsas Cleaning) looking to come together under one unified brand. Offering domestic and commercial cleaning services across Australia (including pest control and property maintenance), they came to Zest with one big goal: create a new name that brought everyone together.
The challenge? Both brands had been around since the 1950s, meaning there was a lot of history and brand equity to respect. Our solution? We sat down with the key stakeholders, asked plenty of questions and really got to know the businesses inside and out. From there, The Cleaning Agents was born – along with a full branding package that thoughtfully combined colours from both original brands into one strong, cohesive identity.
Since then, we’ve worked closely with the team to deliver a full rebrand workshop, complete branding suite and a brand-new website to support the next chapter of their business.
